The Fund is a trust constituted under the Civil Code of  Québec pursuant to the Declaration of Trust. The Fund’s  registered and head office is located at 200, Hyppolite-Denaut Street, La Prairie, Quebec J5R 6P2. The Fund is  controlled by its trustees.

The Fund will be administered and operated by the General Partner and specifically by the key manager Elizabeth  Fortin.
