The Fund is a newly-constituted entity intended for the purpose of raising funds. These funds will be used for various market segments such as private mortgage loans, short-term real estate purchases/resales projects, construction or renovation projects and real estate purchases that will be held by the Fund. Financing will be given to borrowers that meet the requirements fixed by the Fund manager.
